About Us
GEP has been supporting small to medium sized private and publicly listed companies execute transformational business initiatives since 2001. As executives who have built successful companies from the ground up, we know that transformational initiatives come in many shapes and sizes including: raising capital to grow the business or taking "chips off the table," completing the acquisition of a competitor, creating an exit strategy or defending an untimely takeover attempt. Ultimately all of these transformative events require: (1) business planning, positioning and preparedness, (2) tactical execution, and (3) leveraging the support of stakeholders. This is where GEP partner's skills, relationships and proven track record can best be utilized.
We believe that:
- Growing businesses succeed by focusing on their operations, customers and markets;
- Over the life of a company, there are transformational events for which outside, experienced assistance is highly beneficial;
