From October 2004 to January 2008, Tony served as a member of the Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive Officer of EnGlobe Corp (TSX: EG). EG, formerly Environmental Management Solutions Inc., is a leading integrated environmental services company specializing in the management of organic-based waste steams and contaminated soils, with an emphasis on beneficial re-use. EG offers solutions to clients in Canada, the northeastern United States, the United Kingdom and France.
Waste Services Inc. (NASDAQ: WSII)
Prior to founding Growth Equity Partners, Tony co-founded Waste Services, Inc. (Nasdaq: WSII), formerly Capital Environmental Resource Inc., in June 1997. Tony was WSII's Chair of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer from June 1997 to August 2000. From June 1997 to September 1998 Tony also served as the WSII's CFO. WSII provides non-hazardous solid waste management services in secondary markets of Canada and the United States.
Cole Carriers Corp.
From June 1997 to June 1998, Tony served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cole Carriers Inc., a transportation logistics company that provides bulk and steel transportation movements for clients in Ontario, Quebec and the states of New York and Ohio. In addition, Cole provides warehousing services for manufacturers who require staging areas for their raw materials.
